The Creed Live in Manila 2012 team is giving you musicians and Creed fans the chance to get the ultimate concert experience and win PHP50,000!!! Join our Creed Video Contest! 

COMPETITION ENTRY SUBMISSION MECHANICS:

1. The competition is open to amateur bands/groups composed of 3 to 6 members aged 13 to 45.
2. Each band/group member should have a ticket (any section) to the Creed Live in Manila 2012 concert.
3. Bands/groups must video record themselves performing any Creed song.
4. Bands/groups must upload their video to sendspace.com.
5. Bands/groups must e-mail their official entry to info@cncamedia.com.ph with the following:

a. Band/group name

b. List of band/group members' complete names

c. List of band/group members' contact numbers

d. List of band/group members' concert ticket numbers and sections

e. Scanned images of band/group members' concert tickets attached to the email

d. The download link of their video uploaded on sendspace.com

e. Subject of the email should be: CREED VIDEO CONTEST 2012 - [BAND/GROUP NAME HERE]

6. Only complete entries will be accepted.
7. Deadline for submission of entries is on Friday, October 5, 2012.

VOTING MECHANICS:

1. Voting period is from October 6 to November 3.

FACEBOOK VOTES

1. Each qualified video will be uploaded on CNCA Media's Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/CNCAmediaconceptsinc.com.ph) on Saturday, October 6, 2012.
2. The videos will be open to the Facebook public for voting on October 6.
3. Each "like" is equal to one (1) vote.
4. Each "share" is equal to one (1) vote.

CONCERT TICKET VOTES

1. Creed Live in Manila 2012 ticket holders can vote for their favorite contest entry by sending a scanned image of their ticket(s) with their following details to info@cncamedia.com.ph (e-mail subject must be CREED 2012 VOTE - [BAND/GROUP NAME HERE]):

a. Your name

b. Contact number

c. Ticket number and section

2. Below is the breakdown of number of votes each Creed Live in Manila 2012 concert ticket is equivalent to:

a. VIP - 200 votes

b. Patron A Standing - 100 votes

c. Patron B Reserved - 100 votes

d. Lower Box Center - 90 votes

e. Lower Box Side - 80 votes

f. Upper Box A - 60 votes

g. Upper Box B - 40 votes

h. General Admission - 20 votes

2. The video with the most votes (combined Facebook and concert ticket votes) will win the grand prize.

3. The grand prize winner will be contacted via email and mobile on Sunday, November 4 at 10AM.

4. The grand prize winner will be announced on Facebook on Sunday, November 4 at 1PM.

5. The grand prize winner will be receiving PHP50,000, meet and greet, and soundcheck party passes for all band/group members.
